At Camilo De Bedout, all services are designed to be intentional, personalized, and prepared in advance. For that reason, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Refund Policy

1. Services & Sessions

All purchased sessions, packages, and professional services are non-refundable once booked or started.

However, sessions may be rescheduled under the following conditions:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

One reschedule per session is allowed unless otherwise agreed
​Missed sessions or late cancellations are considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund

This policy exists to respect time, preparation, and availability on both sides.

2. Packages & Long-Term Services

Packages and multi-session services are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

If a package is purchased but not yet started, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at sole discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

3. Digital Products & Written Materials

All digital products, downloadable materials, written resources, and pre-recorded content are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations (such as medical emergencies), requests may be reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at sole discretion.

By purchasing any service, session, or product offered on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
